3. Formatting: Properly formatting medical reports according to industry standards, hospital guidelines, or specific client requirements. This involves structuring documents for readability and easy reference.

4. Maintaining Confidentiality: Handling sensitive patient information while adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy regulations, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

5. Researching Medical Terminology: Keeping up-to-date with medical terminology, procedures, medications, and healthcare trends to accurately transcribe and interpret medical dictations.

6. **Communicating with Healthcare Professionals:** Clarifying unclear dictations or seeking additional information from healthcare providers when necessary to ensure accuracy.

7. Meeting Deadlines: Managing workloads and completing transcription assignments within specified timeframes to meet the demands of healthcare facilities.
